Hi, I am 50+ & have been doing yoga since a year & have incorporated bodyweight training at home. If I want to Suryanamaskar, Asanas, Pranayama & resistance training, in which sequence should it be done? Also, as a beginner which is a better choice for resistance training- using dumbells or resistance tubes with handles
