Thank you for the video. It’s great. I just have one issue and it’s this way with every back flexibility video I do. Being taught by an already flexible person, my positions look nothing like yours so I don’t know if I’m even getting anything out of them. For example the next to last stretch, I can’t get my knee over and keep both shoulders on the ground. Do I focus more on keeping the shoulders flat on the ground and my knee barely crossed over my body or do I cross my knee all the way over and let the opposite shoulder come off the ground? I need an inflexible person off to the side showing me how it might look in the beginning of starting to get a flexible back.

the most important part is definitely keeping both shoulders on the ground, and just pull our knee over as far as you can while keepign your shoulders flat.

Thanks for this video! I randomly searched stretches for dancers. I deal w chronic pain and love to dance. I want to increase my stamina on the dance floor.
