'Job Done' 1. Bag 5lbs of apples. 2nd bag = 5 lbs sweet potato. Then I imagined what if 1bag was Oskar, and the other bag was your middle child.

@@DrewHopper.This is great. Today is my 7am 55lbs × 20 times. Floor to table lift. = 20 kinds of cake mix.

job done!! This was a very creative workout!! I underestimated the weight i put in my bags 😂It's great to feel some resistance, because that's when you know you are getting stronger

जय श्री राम | Job done sir , never did workout in such a joy. Literally, You are a next level creative, your motivation is different . Training for daily life scenarios eg- carrying 25kg rice bag or wheat flour (i do carry twice or thrice in a month whenever my father brings something from grandparents house organic foods) and the shopping groceries is true i often need to bring 5kg potatoes and onions from my locality. Fantastic sir. No excuses just be simple and smart enough to utilise things around you. #Movement_over_medicine राधेश्याम |
