I love your choice of soft navy - it went so beautifully with the flowers you created. That fancy envelope - people will think you designed the stamp, too!! You do such lovely work.

This is such a great way to get going. Those days where you know you want to create but you just can't think of what- start with a time challenge. Even if you hate it and toss it- or start over, it just breaks that block and gets you doing something. Same with scrapbooking- just make that first cut into paper and get it going.

I love your videos Kristina, and I just wanted to say that since you've started filming a personal intro and outro, I've enjoyed them much more. It feels more personal and to be honest I like to see who I'm listening to. To put a face to a voice, it's much easier to follow along and techniques are better apt to stick in my memory. Thank you for all you do, you're fabulous!

Well... I would be thrilled to spend less than an HOUR finishing a card so I will have to try your idea with some floral stamps and a large sentiment to see how I do! I wanted to thank you for the idea you shared a few videos ago about having a notebook to draft your card layout ideas in... I have several birthdays and various occasions coming up that I want to make cards for and I was starting to be overwhelmed but I remembered what you said so... I blocked out a dot grid sheet (10 per page) and then put each person's name in a block then flipped through my stamp & die reference notebook for ideas and it wasn't long at all before I knew the basic layout and supplies needed for each project! Now I'm in the process of creating them and the experience is so much more enjoyable! Thanks for your time and energy to create videos that inspire us in our card making journey! Have a great day! :-)

Beautiful card!! I could see where you thought 10 minutes for just the card would be possible....you came close and it turned out beautiful! Now I think I'm going to try to make some quick but pretty cards like this, but I'm not going to lie....it would probably take me about 45 minutes just to pick out the stamps, ink colors, and decide on a design!! I have no designer or color experience....I just think it's fun to make cards...I donate mine to charity other than the ones I give to family!!

A great card and envelope Kristina. If I were to put a stop watch beside me to complete a card in 10 minutes, I would feel so rushed I would make a huge mess of it because I would always be looking at the time rather than what I was doing. LOL

I do love how your card came out, though, Kristina! Great color choices, and I think the envelope is so cool, with the stamping on the flap. And I doubt anyone would notice the difference between the navy envelope & the blue stamping--close enough for jazz at any rate! Thanks so much for sharing this! :)
