This narrator in particular has been instrumental in my recovery of Alcoholism. Coming up to 2 years sober and one of the best things I've discovered in my recovery thus far is meditation but in particular this channel and her voice. For me this was a little round garden surrounded by a hedge that formed an arch over a small, white wooden gate that squeaked slightly as I entered. In the garden were pear trees, bushes of berries, flowers in every color, a little pond, and a round glass gazebo with a comfortable chair filled with pillows and blankets, a daybed and a small wood-burning stove. I laid down on the daybed and looked out at the gentle summer rain, while inhaling the fresh air through a small window in the gazebo....the sound of the birds were like childhood memories. Just beautiful 💜
