Spiritual Hygiene is the practise of making sure your energy field and mind are clear of any unwanted negative energy. Just like you clean and freshen up your body to look and feel good it is important to remember your energy field can also get grimy by the emotional and distressed energy from people and places as you go about your daily tasks.
Kelly Peacey, an Energy Worker, Intuitive, Crystal Healing Therapist and Spiritual Teacher. Kelly lives in Gloucestershire and runs The Cotswold School of Crystal Healing & Awareness. She is also the secretary of ACHO: The Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations.
