My wife and I are from Florence, and we speak with an Italian accent. If people do not like it “vafanculo.” After all we gave the world il Rinascimento (The Renaissance).

I can't say this enough, every time I watch an episode it's like listening to a friend talk to me. And who else say's if you don't have it don't use it. So down to earth and personable, love the videos and recipes!

Although I’m not Italian, I grew up in an Italian community where spaghetti aglio e olio was a common dinner for all of us after baseball practice. I love it just as much as my mom’s spaghetti with a meat sauce. Thanks for the memories and for tonight’s recipe!

Yesterday, I made my Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with canned crab meat, chopped up cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives. Finished off with some chopped curly parsley and Romano cheese! That's the best thing about this dish. You can use tuna or clams, or nothing at all, and it's gonna be good!
