Thank you Rachel.. I’m working so hard on bringing my nervous system on line after a lifetime of freeze starting in infancy. All my current perceived supports are collapsing before my eyes. It is such life line to feel the energy you share and the support you provide . I’m integrating and releasing a lifetime of hate. As I become aware, It’s inconceivable that it hasn’t consumed me.
