This is my second time doing this meditation. Yestarday when I got the ball of energy it felt very heavy, I thought I was going g to drop it. Today it felt lighter. I wish there were more comments. This was a the shorter meditation but the more effective I have done. Thank you Mr T.H.

This started off to be one of my best meditation experiences. I felt more relaxed and it felt amazingly easy (?) But then BLAM! I thought I was going to have a heart attack when the bell went off and an ad burst in. It took everything I had to calm myself. I still want to try again but perhaps without the video.
