Good day. I thoroughly enjoyed this short 10 minutes Tai chi practice for beginners.. Its not too slow or too fast to follow the movement.. When combined with proper breathing techniques of in/out, the entire body is re-engined and ready to meet the day's challenges with a clarity of mind that is well focus and grounded to the present. Thank you Master Dorian Ross.. 🙏

Beautiful. You are truly blessed to be able to do a moving meditation in such a natural and energetic setting. May your blessings keep flowing for you, as you are putting so much positive feelings out there. Bringing good energy to the earth at this time is so important and you are achieving this in abundance.

This was relaxing, felt natural and easy to follow for the most part. I enjoyed this non narrated version, I just inhaled and exhaled where it felt right and didnt get caught up in trying to master anything. Think I ll give it another go tomorrow! Thanks!

Wonderful to watch the rhythm of the ocean in the background as you flow so easily from one movement to another...very peaceful. Thank you..

I thoroughly enjoyed this, especially the number of qigong moves in this flow. The more I mess with the traditional forms then return to the flows, I am so thankful for the Taijifit system you've created. It's so easy to learn all of these moves and perform them in confined spaces. I also enjoyed the varying camera angles more than I thought I would have. I even learned something new about White Crane Spreads Wings from this. I was worried that switching various angles would make it hard to follow, but it was the complete opposite.

Just from the title I figured it would be a flow session with little or no instruction. As I began to watch I gave myself two options, watch you do forms or flow with you. I like watching you flow so that's what I did first. Then I ran the video and did flow with you. My first flow session for the day.

So wonderful to watch you play. One can see the chi circulating if you're really paying attention. Can you address the importance or non-importance of transitions when one plays as opposed to those in doing a specific form? Sometimes, I just decide to do a movement and make up a smooth transition to get from the end of one position to the beginning of another. Is that okay?

Very nice. It's so relaxing just listening to the sound of the waves. At its best, tai chi was truly meant to be practiced in the great outdoors. I like this video best without the music and just the sounds of the ocean. When Joy and I first came across the morning flow show of Taijifit, it was on Silent Saturdays and we always enjoyed that the most. Thanks again for sharing so much with all of us.

Beautiful and it felt really good. Love the last part with leg in the back like an arabesque . Thank you.

That's the "Soaring Crane." It gives the feeling of being in flight - which is like an arabesque, isn't it? :-)

yes my ducks do that with their leg and the hands looked like the bill and their heads how they dip up and down.

Thank you David-Dorian. I’m back at the beach. ❤️ The sound of waves, the hint of salt on the breeze, the warmth of the sun in my heart. Melting into my ahhh.

I really like the 10 minute routines--Request if I want to turn this into a 20 minute routine would you add more moves or just repeat what we have already done? Or both? Thanks and glad to see you back on the beach where your Qi seems great!

And Dave I forgot to mention, my local gym closed so if we could go back to the flow-shows length of videos that’d be great
