Whew... Couldn't quite get my feet up and over for angel but I LOVED the new moves I learned during this workout and having something to work towards is good too. Thanks for sharing!

I can't get my leg up to wrap around for Angel. Is there another way I can get into this so I can do some conditioning from Angel to pike and come out of it? Hopefully that would help me build enough strength to get into it in the first place?

In our Leg Stretch video kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJOom4OXf8tnhqM we have a transition that gets you into Angel pose without flipping into it. Start at 7:30 in the video to see how to hook your leg in the fabric. If you don't want to do the full Dancer flow, then jump to 10:50 to get into Angel. Good luck and have fun!

Yes, that can happen for various reasons. Take it slow and do less of the inversions if you start to feel dizzy. Great job giving it a try!
