Recently tried this for the first time and, no sooner than I inverted, the nausea rushed in. I really enjoyed the class up to that point. My fear is that inversion won’t ever be for me.

It can take awhile for your body to get used to inverting. We recommend starting with 10-20 seconds, coming up very slow, and then resting your head as shown in the video. Unfortunately, there are some people that can’t tolerate inverting. There are still plenty of fun and beneficial exercises that can be done on the trapeze without going upside down. Take it slow and give your body time to adapt. We’ll be thinking of you 🙏💕

Its likely one of those things that if you have to ask, then you cannot afford it, but..... What is that strap setup called? Is it in widespread use?

Haha! We use the Yoga Trapeze by Yoga Body. You can find them on Amazon. There are some other knock off brands out there that are less expensive, but check the reviews for safety and if the material lasts. You can also search under suspension yoga.

Would you please consider toning down some of the over the top laughter found in many of your videos? I find it very distracting from otherwise very well thought out and put together videos. Hi ladies......I just put my trapeze back up after months of not doing it.....back to the beginning. I hope you are still creating more videos. I just read my comments below from the past. I was 52 - and now I am 55....I guess it's been more like a year or so of doing this. Woah!! What happened....Ok....here I go. Cheers

It takes some time to find the sweet spot with the fabric. Try making sure when you lean back that the fabric is near your belt line. Any higher and it definitely digs in. It took us some time practicing before we finally found the perfect spot. You got this!

Oh no! We recommend easing into inversions and starting with 30 seconds at a time. Ginger chews are great if you feel a bit nauseous.
