10 minutes of miracle noodles! Anyone can prepare such a quick and delicious dinner!

Super easy!

My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings🍝):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef
Roast for 2-3 minutes
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 head of broccoli, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
5 juicy tomatoes, grated
Salt, pepper and herb mixture
Always add pasta water if necessary
50 g (1.7 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
