My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (3-4 servings🍝):
300 g (10.5 oz) prawns (16/20)
olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
30g butter
Roast for 1-2 minutes
1 shot of vodka
‼️Caution: Be careful when using the flambé technique!
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente in salted water
olive oil
100g butter
1 garlic clove, chopped
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
Peel of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 glass of dry white wine
Let the wine evaporate
salt and pepper
Add the roasted prawns back into the sauce
Add pasta
a handful of parsley, chopped
✅ Add sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!

You don't get drunk off of it! Like he said, it cooks off and if you research it or go to a Culinary school, then you would know that technique. Not all Mom's just know that. 😊 Now as far as those Cherry 🍅, place a lid on top and cut all those tomatoes at one time. Easy, quick technique. My whole meal would have burned.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿😊
