Employees have rights to be treated with dignity and respect at work and not to have their safety, health or welfare put at risk through bullying by the employer, by other employees or other persons. They have a right to complain to the employer if bullied and not to be victimised for so doing.

So it matters not if your employer stole from you abused you he's still entitled to lie about you. Really !!!!
@paulaunger30614 ай бұрын
If he lies about you and you can prove it caused you material damage, you can sue for defamation of character. But it wouldn't be an employment tribunal case - that would be civil court I think.

@@paulaunger3061 Unlawful Deduction of Wages and breach of personal data is an employment tribunal case. Defamation of character is civil court action and normally persuede by employers who don't like the truth.

Here's one, how about the tribunal being on an equal footing, no it's not, it's heavily sided to an employer, i say this as somebody who won a case for disability discrimination but felt cheated by the whole system and how many and underhanded things the employes lawyer was allowed to get away with., proffesional lawyers threating an ordinary bloke with losing their house, sending letters out so you get them at weekends asking for more documents to your claim otherwise will seek out an annulment etc etc and applying for pre hearing this , pre hearing that, moaning about your case and why you need x.y and z document and lying about witness statements and who their witness even are, even at my first pre hearing the judge was laughing and joking with the highly paid lawyer and using their first name all the time, i was always Mr. Barrack Room Lawyer. Like I said ,i won my case and `won` over 10 grand but still felt cheated, i'd never go through one again, even though as a union rep I've been asked many times by my branch to do so.

My case is in court and my union, the council and all concerned are corrupt. It turns out my employer is a Nigerian fraudster but they won't strike him out despite his efforts to pervert the course of justice. They're waiting for him to abscond it's unbelievable and unacceptable.

Can the Employment Tribunal order the Employer to reinstate in case of a Discrimination claim won by an employee who has been in less than two years service in the UK please? The employee is working on a visa in the UK.

I think it's only right to understand that any 'legal' process will be heavily weighted in favour or those with the most money to spend. Individuals are not supposed to get involved in this closed club but rather are expected to sit down and be quiet while the game plays out - much like tennis at Wimbledon. From the outset, legalese puts up barriers to understanding and you have to understand that any legal process, no matter how 'informal' is a game.
