Number 4 (the Fairly OddParents one) isn't a mistake. Timmy didn't break 'da rules' as he didn't use magic to directly cause his father to win, instead, he found a loophole in 'da rules' and used magic to cause the other competitors to lose by not crossing the finish line. It may not have been intended to present Timmy as being this smart at bending 'da rules' in favour of his goal but it for sure isn't a mistake from the writers, maybe just a lucky mishap for them.

I'm pretty sure making all of the other competitors lose is the same thing as making yourself win. However, perhaps the loophole comes from the technicality that he's using magic to him his *dad* win as opposed to himself. If I recall, the rule was "You can't use magic to win a competition." But Timmy didn't claim the win in his name, but in his father's. Probably wouldn't fly in a real-world court, but by the show's logic, I'm sure it would fit nicely.

Actually, Spongebob's time period is not accurate, at least when compared to real life. Remember SB-129? After traveling to the future, Squidward is seen next to a calendar that reads "March 6 4017 A.D" Which means, this episode takes place in Year 2017, seeming as he traveled 2000 years into the future, according to the time cards. Now, I believe this aired somewhere between 1999 and 2000 (Actually, it aired December 1999). Which means that 18 years ago, depending on the date you're reading this at least, Season 2 takes place in our time period, that is, if their years go by how ours do, which i highly doubt. Spongebob' s age... Well time for some math. Birthdate: 1986. Step one, done. We know when he was born, which makes this a whole lot simpler. 1986 to 1999 is 13 years, if I'm correct. Squidward time travels in the end of 1999, and ten years later, we're in the 2001 years later after our recent date. Now the rest is only my theory, so don't take this seriously, but hopefully, if I'm correct, The time frame of season 1 takes place in 2017, therefore, if the seasons are placed by actual years, and season ten is placed during 2027, each season is one year, and, therefore, Spongebob is actually 41 years old. Ehh, I wouldn't consider this acurate, or heck, even a theory, but hey, I tried. That last one wasnt really a mistake but based in actual science, humans go through a critcal period of lauguge retention around the age of 3 if Donny's brain wasnt taught to speak at that time it is virtually impossible to learn and retain vocabulary, his sister most likely has a hard time communicating with him because he doesnt speak a real form of communication unlike other animals that were taught to communicate with each other

I feel like the fairy oddparents wasn't technically breaking the rules... he technically wanted heat vision just for the purpose of having it. He had no intention of using it to win a race. Just happened to use it to win. Kinda breaking the rules but not intentionally I guess... and the 1986 for spongebob is just an Easter egg for when the creator had just started creating him. And saying Donnie can easily learn a human language is completely inaccurate. He was raised in the wild around no people (If I remember the show correctly) and people who lived in the wild took years to learn any social behavior if they ever did.
