Alot of the times ( esp. back in the day) parents would use cartoons to distract / occupy their children so they could have time to get house work done , cook , clean ect . so more times than often they were not watching the show's with their children therefore nothing to complain about .Not to mention there was no KZbin , Google , Facebook and all that access to the internet so if they didn't like what they saw they told their spouse , not the world 😁👍👍
