Love this! Especially love the notes on discipline. It is exactly that! You can't be a weekend warrior and expect to look great or perform well. No matter what the sport, a lot of people forget you have to eat well and take care of yourself for the training as well as the event. Subpar fuel and subpar recovery leads to subpar training and your performance at events will be... drumroll... subpar. Keep up this type of content! We love to see it! ^.^

hey i’ve been struggling super hard to be able to put on muscle. I’ve tried everything i feel like and nothing is working is there any tips ? Also i am interested in training with you guys. I was in training for about 2 months but haven’t been able to get back in because i cant afford it but definitely am interested

What’s helped me is drinking protein twice a day I usually drink it straight in the am and after my workouts I do the powder plus oats and banana also eating steak and chicken frequently
