Those who go through this hide it so well. I’ve been trying to self medicate but it’s a struggle. I’m sending love to those who go through mental health struggles. I’m with you. @@FamineStudios I have a 13-year-old Jack Russell Terrier and a 9-year-old Miki. Both were my Mom's dogs. Mom died in 2017 and my mini dachshund died 4 months later. But Mom's dogs were raised with me as Mom, my husband and I lived together, so they know and love me. Later on, after the Jack Russell is gone, I plan on another mini dachshund and a dalmatian year after that. I grew up with Dalmatians that we showed in the show ring. My dogs are a great comfort to me. Right now, the Jack Russell is battling illnesses so I don't want to bring a puppy in with that. It wouldn't be fair to either dog. Connect with others was the advice my Pastor gave me. He was counseling me on anger issues, but I found that if I could make someone else's day a bit better, it lessened my darker parts of the depression. My background is in psychology, so I knew he was right. You don't have to know the other person. But, start complimenting others (like the grocery store cashier) and you make friends. It's the easiest way I have ever made friends. I sure hope that Big Cass reads this stuff, too. He is brave to tell the world about his struggle. And so are all the people who commented about their own struggles. I love how he recognized how God helped him. He knew he needed help and he asked and received from God. I have had issues with anxiety and depression and God helped me understand that the darkness was not the answer. I am glad Cass listened to God and got help. Being tough doesn’t mean having to act strong, it’s being strong enough to be weak for a bit. And weak isn’t being unmanly it’s being honest and letting someone help, so you can come back stronger. I am a woman who struggles with showing weakness and I envy those who are strong enough to show it. To me, those people are stronger than I could ever be. But they’re picked on, and so they never see how strong they are.
From what I can tell from the video, Doug Lawson is the man who reached out to Cass before his seizure, DDP is just helping spread the message. But yeah, DDP is saving lives all around the world at this point, not just those of wrestlers. The man is a modern day saint and gives the gift of hope to thousands of broken people who felt they were doomed to always live a life of self-abuse and hopelessness. Very few people in this world today show the amount of compassion for humanity that Page does. I often find myself thinking that world's population is complete shit, but then I remember people like DDP exist and he's not the only one spreading the positivity and focusing his energy on bettering the lives of his fellow man, even if they're total strangers who have reached out to him.

Well, I don't feel badass about having two mental problems at once lol. Not finding joy at anything, "not being good enough for myself" despite knowing two languages, having fear of even leaving my house it's anything but "wow, so cool this bad SOB is". Maybe the only thing that makes me "rude" is that I don't use pills or drugs to ease the pain and I survived myself for so long; I might be a looney but I have my standards lol

@Tha Real Mccoy I was born with a physical condition called Cerebral palsy or more commonly known as CP. Due to this condition I have a lot of physical problems. I don't wanna get into those because the list is too long In 2010 through 2013 my health was getting really badd I had to deal with multiple operations during that time and nothing was going right in my life. So after a while when you're going through all this negative/badd stuff physically It starts to get to you mentally and emotionally. And I just wanted everything to stop Like I have a amazing family and I have everything I could want in my life but like I felt as if no one was really understanding what was going on with me and I just wanted everything to stop nothing really mattered. However I just had a serious heart-to-heart conversation with myself and I said with everything that I've gone through already in life I'm still here for a reason let me keep moving forward and accomplish as many goals as I can before I actually do die.

Oh, please try not to drink. Take it from someone who knows. Alcohol will only make you more depressed. You are not alone as you can now see. There are many, too many, of us, going thru this trial. But see, we are going thru it. We are not staying in it, we go thru. I have a cycle of downward and less downward. Severe depression is like that. There is no day I can say, hey I'm happy today. Well, I say it to mask it from others. But the truth is there is no good day for me, just less depressing ones. I'll take whatever God puts in my path. Get some help, friend, please. Don't give up. Life is worth battling for, if not for yourself, for those who suffer too. We can show them the light. God Bless.

A week after being put on the medication, he took his own life. Fast forward to this year, Im 21 years old and just got married a year ago. I made some mistakes in the relationship and now i’m getting divorced. I suppressed my feelings about my dad but when i got hit with this divorce it was like everything came out at once.
