@@TheTenHoeveRealtyGroup nothing like you guys at the coast. We are far enough from the coastal areas (750' - 1,000' above sea level) that hurricanes and tidal surges are not factors for construction. We do have rivers and streams that can and will flood their surrounding areas that have BFE's of just a few feet, but most County ordinance will not allow construction in those areas to protect against erosion and to keep the rivers/streams clean. I've never sold in a coastal area and found the video very informative...looking forward to part 2.
