Agreed. my oem bilsteins are plenty stiff!. I did swap in STI oem springs for a .5" drop. Planning on adding in OEM Launch edition BBS wheels soon.

Great video, man! I agree with what you said about the suspension. My setup was nice at first but it became pretty unbearable for daily driving. That said, a nice set of adjustable coilovers should fix this issue.

100% on the overly loud exhaust, tail end of my STI ownership i missed being able to have calls over bluetooth or enjoying music in general. For suspension, if you get good quality it can be okay. I had 12k square on a custom valved set from Feal and it was beautiful honestly. Another thing that killed daily driving.. fix backed race seats..... such a pain getting in and out.

I've never had the fixed race seats but can imagine it would be a pita getting in and out. With you on the exhaust sometimes it is just nice to zone out and cruise. With a constant drone in your ear that is hard to accomplish lol. Did you upgrade from your STI? I was wondering how the new motor setup was doing for you. Thanks man 🤛

@@spdkills83 Sold the STI and into a new Supra at this point. Valved exhaust is a beauty for daily. Can turn it up when i want to just listen to the beautiful sounds the thing makes, then close it up when i want a phone call, to jam to some music, or just drive in quiet. Downpipe and FF kit already installed. Tune next and should be close to 500WHP with just that!

I think your list is a pretty good one, man. Especially the loud exhaust, I feelnthe older I get the more annoyed I get at it. I have a neighbor with a stock looking WRX. However, the thing sounds like a louded train when he passes by. I'll never say anything, but it bothers me. 😆

haha I'm the same, love the raw motorsport sound at an event or race (car/bike etc). On the road though I like something that just sounds good and not look at me loud lol.

if you use limo 3m tint the higher grades for the window you still have good visability

I never had any issues with fitment. They don't stick out as far as the plastic ones. They sit more flush in the groove, a smoother look.

these are great tips. my buddy has a 5 percent tint all around including the new trend of tinting the windshield or maybe old trend idk..which i think is just asking for trouble from cops.. yeah its nice during summer keep that cool air in but we live up north and when its daylight saving time? he basicaly cant see shit at night specialy when it snows. i just dont get it ..

Hey man up north here Jersey nyc it’s literally happening, tinted windshield and cops doesn’t even give a shit lol. Like what?? Dude is basically just hindered he’s vision and this is okay?. Idk haha . He is currently running that set up with the 2022 gt wrx.. I’ve seen some sti here and there actualy with no tint and I’m like heyyyy that looks dope I might take mines off haha .

I had a neighbor with a 300zx with stickers covering almost the entire windshield. Like the part where you see through. One said "clean ish". Stopped seeing the car after a while. I'm pretty sure he wrecked it. Probably from not being able to see.
