There's also Chris Jericho legit knocking out Shawn Michaels' wife in 2008. During that segment, Chris was supposed to deliver a fake punch, but it would hit enough to be believable. What followed was Rebecca (Shawn's wife) forgot to sell the punch because Chris's punch went too fast and the result, he hit her square on the jaw. As soon as the storyline was over, Chris Jericho said in a podcast, that he would actually visit Rebecca and apologize for the botched stunt.
