The tournament direct said before the hole was played the water line was OB regardless of the rules.So McBeth should have been OB , but he still got the call his way.

It's odd she brought it up it didn't appear to be a falling putt.- "A follow-through after a putt that causes the thrower to make any supporting point contact closer to the hole than the rear edge of the marker disc constitutes a falling putt and is considered a stance violation". -From what I could tell the tree seems to be behind her lie.

The same hole that Catrina received a courtesy warning from Paige Peirce. Paige makes her putt and she screams and taps the basket with the disc. Paige should have received a foul as well. Catrina was on fire that year , this was the moment that Paige disrespectful changed the season to her favor. Paige ended with a world's victory, but Catrina got reckoning next year, as Paige choked for a easy world's win.
