The requirements for the last card are the same with the black AmEx card. I've met someone who has that card and he says you can only make a purchase if AmEx feels you can pay it back. So, nope, you can't buy that $73 million A319 corporate jet if they know you have $20 million in the bank and are making only $2 million a year!

These card are for people who make 300‘ to 1000‘. All the benefits are for those. They above have a family office and staff. = they have their own concierge, at the airport they just go through to their Jet. Who pays large sums using a credit card = no one, because of the fees. You negotiate a better price when not using a card. Basically those cards are for show offs, and I has to get the cards credit for their marketing, but that only works at a level 300‘ to1000‘, because many of them want shine brighter as they are. Real money flys under the radar.
