I'd still rather have a Tesla Model S Plaid + that has 1020 horsepower, a 200 mph top speed and a 0 to 60 in 1.99S and a 530 mile range. The Porshe Taycan does have a nicer interior though.

Mercedes EQS should be up on the list according to me. The new MBUX system is a big upgrade and much better compared to AUDI and BMW.. Also I guess the comfort is much better than AUDI and BMW..

But do these companies not all buy most of the batteries and other essential parts for EVs from the same manufacturers? Because EV companies don't design their own electric batteries etc. So apart from the shell and interior being different, what makes any of these cars stand out from their competitors? Surely petrol heads bought cars from a specific brand, because they had all developed their engines differently, had different horse power, different power, different sounds, they has unique engine features, they looked different etc, etc. You may as well have a milk float for all the difference these "luxury" cars will be from each other. It's business suicide for any company that falls in line with this agenda.

Fast Charging = doesn’t exist in my area. If you don’t have access to home charging like when living in an apartment. (some apartments have EV charging) Or you live in a high cost living area and you can’t afford rent or a home and you live with family or other people (shared homes where land lords rent out rooms for 1000 dollars or more. Seriously Rent can be really high and people got to do this to make it.) Can’t afford a home, but you can afford a nice car now that a home ownership is no longer viable. It opens the door to F-150s, BMWs, Mercedes, and other status vehicles. If fast charging was more common, people who can’t charge at home will be able to charge without needing to store their EV at a shopping center parking lot for 8 hours a single day or 4 to 5 hours for 2 day. Even 5 hours is excessive. I wouldn’t want to be that stuck up Tesla owner that hogs the EV charger all day.

The thing with asian cars like Toyota and Honda is they are super reliable, so their electric cars won't be half-ass when introduced.They are probably trying to crack the holy grail in battery technology and if they do, it will crush the competition.
