He is one of my favorite characters and I can tell you for a fact that he's NEVER done it without any type of amp. He always needs something like the IG, Cosmic Cube or HotU to do it. He's definitely never killed the Living Tribunal using only his own power. But regardless, you think that Thanos who is a universal threat (with amps) can take down Amatsu-Mikaboshi who has destroyed 98% of the entire Marvel multiverse? He is so far above Thanos it's hilarious. The Chaos King is an aspect of the multiversal cosmic entity Oblivion.
