Modding used to be a lot harder. Nowadays you have these nifty mod managers that have functions like auto-sort and allow you to easily remove mods without breaking anything, but back in the day modding often meant overwriting files, and if you got the order wrong, you had to scratch everything and start to install all your mods again. Worst case, you might even had to reinstall the game. I could never get deadly reflex to work in oblivion.

As a founder of a very old, HIGHLY successful and active Destiny 2 clan, I can confirm that sometimes it does get a bit stressful, the worst part is when there is drama amongst members, it's pathetic, it's something you don't wanna deal with, but need to in order to show that you care, even though you actually think having drama in a game is ridiculous, it's worse yet when it's between admin. It's also a full time job, especially when, like myself you're in the top 1 percent of players, and a leading Sherpa player, so there are expectations. HOWEVER, the pay off outweighs the negatives astronomically, always having solid friends to play with, people you can bank on when things get tense in a raid, or when you need someone patient to lean on and pick up some slack while teaching new raiders how things work, or even just setting up silly events, like soccer games, Halloween costume contests, raid races, etc etc, and I'll never get tired of the way people count on me and come to me for advice, or confidence either in-game or out. It truly is an amazing feeling.

7:09 The reason a Nuzlocke is called a Nuzlocke is because of the first person to come up with the challenge: An Artist from Cali named Nick Franco. He originally just called it “Pokemon Ruby Hard Mode,” and drew a comic about his run through Pokemon Ruby with his added rules. The “Nuzlocke” name came from the “floating head” that Franco came up with to narrate the comic: The head of Nuzleaf, one of his favorite Pokemon, with the face of Locke from the show Lost.

Getting all the mods I want for skyrim/fallout has actually become kinda fun for me since usually it ends up taking at least one whole day if my intent is to go as all out as I'm willing to go. Probably never went beyond 200 mods on a game but 100-150 is quite common for me. It feels like the game before the game where you get to build it up to be as awesome as you want it to be. Slightly worried about modding these days though, I haven't done any heavy modding to a game since the whole nexus fiasco with the creators leaving. Hopefully that doesn't make things too much more difficult.

IT's always fun with a new game. You start the game in vanilla and after a while you think to yourself "I wonder if it already hase some mods?" and then you download one, and then another one and so on until the mods take up more disc space than the game itself. Building my own experience bit by bit like that is just really fun and and i will NEVER understand publishers/developers who are against mods(in an offline setting)

I'd love to say that you're missing the point of flying the long hauls, and well you sort of are, but I can see the side you're discussing. But there are online networks that host thousands of guys every day flying their flight simulators while interracting with live air traffic control provided by other simmers sitting at their computers. So I can see how to someone who isn't into flying how it can be dumb to sit there for an entire flight. But for hardcore simulation fans, the sitting there is part of the experience. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL

I though that to. But at least you can "keep" the shiny Pokemon even when it faints. But in nuzlock when encountering literally ANYTHING in battle it can one shot a Pokemon you're trying to level up. Ahhh modding Skyrim, I must have spend hundreds of hours on that in total. I have done a lot of different playthroughs with different mod setups and the more times I did it, the less time I actually spend playing the game itself. Eventually it got to the point where I got bored before I even finished modding and that was when I decided to finally move on from Skyrim.

It was the same for me. I've modded a few games and each time it's fun to a point. Once I went past that point it seemed to suck out and destroy all of the love I once had for the game. I've been considering getting back into Skyrim, though. I wonder if I can find and walk that fine line this time.

The close battles for the win while not being sure if someone just bumps you out of existense and thus ending your race. 2. Games where you gather a ton of resources, like minecraft and conan exiles and then you need to get a ton of valuable resources a long journey into your home through a butt load of dangerous obstacles. Like minecraft can be a true horror game sometimes.

I am sure this is not a popular opinion. But for flight simulator what I enjoy is seeing the environment. I have traveled a lot and I love geography, so there is nothing more exciting than flight around so many places and gaining such a wealth of information on how far things are. You are going to think I am crazy but I actually flew from the place the Missouri river is born, down to where it meets the Mississippi. My plan now is to do the same with the Mississippi. Its just amazing! Again, I am sure this is not a popular opinion.

About #3, it's not just modding specifically Skyrim that is tedious and time consuming, it's modding ANY game. I used to make custom maps for half life and quake, and it took FOREVER to make them even close to decent and playable. Not to mention getting everything to work right, and then trying to balance the difficulty and enemy and item placement. I spent hundreds of hours making my series of levels, and I think they came out great and love to play them. However, some of my friends who have played them said they suck and hated them. I made them mainly for my own sake. But the amount of time and effort I put into those maps was rediculous. I salute game developers for their hard work, and understand that making games is not all that fun most of the time.
