This is exactly it! This is the kind of knowledge experts like yourself Kizzie can impart on the masses that the tutorials do not. Thank you for this, more videos like this are much appreciated! P.S. Perhaps this is planned in the future but please go into more detail as to how you would counter, for instance, Fuujin follow ups from Anji. What is the right action? Who are the best at doing these "right actions"? 1:44 (Unless you want us to lab it of course, its just more content in the right direction!)
@floof59493 жыл бұрын
Just coming in here to mention what the right actions are to react or punish fujin: P followup(jump up throw fans) is plus 4, however you can do a few things against it. A pretty universal one is jump up air thro, but if you have a good 6p you can just throw it out there K followup(jump in) is often used to extend pressure, so if you see that jump in press some fast buttons HS followup(overhead) is -15 so you can punish with a bigger button if you block it, but if you’re scared of blocking it just mash and you’ll beat it when you see him do a little spin before the overhead(don’t automatically mash cause he can delay the S followup to stagger) S followup(low) is fast, however it’s punishable. The move is -7 so depending on the distance you should use a faster button like 5k or 5p to punish, but you can instant block it and use a close slash(if your character has a 7 frame or faster cS) to start a big damage combo

Kizzy: "Even those who don't wanna be stars. You Are Stars." Me: "Stars....err I mean...Bars." See this kind of knowledge is why I was screaming for online training mode since KOF14 and why I believe that it is the future of FGC building games. Imagine Kizzy streaming or puttin out vods of him helping a beginner sub learn mechanics or appropriate counters in online training mode? Imagine even two beginners teaming up to help each other learn situational stuff in OTM in Strive? And all that with rollback. I am clapping ohh so slowly right now. Well done, ASW. Well done.
