Hi, you can try this method: Leg Torso Ratio = Length of Legs / Length of Torso Note: The length of your torso is typically done from the top of the shoulders (where they meet the neck) to the top of the hip bone. The resulting ratio gives you an idea of the relative lengths of your legs and torso. A ratio greater than 1 suggests longer legs in proportion to the torso, while a ratio less than 1 suggests a longer torso in proportion to the legs. For example, length of legs = 40inches & length of torso = 30inches 40/30 = 1.33 Also note, a balanced leg torso ratio would be around 1, meaning the length of the legs is approximately equal to the length of the torso. This suggests that your legs and torso are in proportion to each other, neither being notably longer nor shorter in relation to the other. So, if your leg torso ratio is close to 1, it indicates a balanced proportion between your legs and torso. I hope this helps!
