Kinda dumb since it's a 2-QB league, but Cousins got hurt and he along with Josh Allen were on the same bye week, so I needed someone. Ended up with Shroud. But I've always been weak in the draft and not picking until the second round could be a rough start.

For my league, I'm planning to analyze every team, including mine after every week. For every week, I'll spot their 3 strongest and 3 weakest players, injury reports, and their biggest position needs. Then like week 6 or 7, I'll spot their most consistent weakness then make the trade

I’m in a ten team superflex auction league with a 200 budget. We are full PPR with 4 point passing touchdowns. It’s my third year in the league but I’ve struggled with injuries to key players. Any tips on approaching the draft would be nice. I’m leaning towards going after a hero QB like Allen or Hurts but is that an appropriate gameplan?

I don't ever draft a player with the intent of trading him. You have no idea for sure what you'll get in return and could have passed on a better player than what you end up getting

In previous years I have drafted to where I do plan ahead to trade a player to strengthen my team. Most of the time it is on the RBs. So if you have more than 3 RBs that are producing over 10 points, someone that has two TEs and both are far better than yours for example, both owners benefit from that trade. Especially if you already played them once.
