Something I learned when I scrapbook is start with the middle letter I put it in the middle and then write the letters and then it will fit

For the Gingerbread cake you could use a brown colored art sand as the cinnamon and use fake candy canes

i would use the red and white pipe cleaners to make candy canes for your baking pan instead of the real peppermint. You could also use clay to make peppermint candys

Kristin, if you ever want to try free hand writing again, this is a tip I saw on another KZbin channel. What this crafter suggested is start in the middle. Find the center of what you're writing on & start with your middle letter & work your way out from there. Personally, I would practice this method on a few scrap piecesfirst. This is my first time watching your channel & I'm really impressed, you have some really cute things!!!
