It was almost 80 degrees here today and sunny so walking my dog in the park today and seeing the children playing, other walkers walking their dogs, and just being out in the community today brought me JOY! Joy .... Brandy one thing that brought me joy today was seeing my bottle baby kitten be adopted by a very loving grateful couple. This little kitten was left to die at 2 weeks old . Thanks to a good samaritan they brought this kitten to my rescue and I opened up my heart and home yet again ( I foster abandoned/orphaned kittens for a small cat rescue ) and I successfully raised this innocent sweet little kitten to 16 weeks old and he was adopted today. I've been fostering cats/kittens for 13 yrs now and can't imagine not helping these cats/kittens that are otherwise looked at as disposable. They all deserve a chance at a life better than what they came from and I'm glad I can be that person who helps them

What brought me joy today was we had First Responders Day at our church today and honored our Police Dept, Sheriff Deputy's Highway Patrol, Rescue, firefighters. Our son is a police officer. Beautiful gingerbread diys. I did my Christmas tree last year in a gingerbread theme. I made all the gingerbread ornaments myself. It was so fun. I really love your channel. The secret word is JOY. She gave me several items that I can craft with along with some other decorative pieces that were headed to the dump. I was so happy to rescue these items. The churches turned out so cute. I have a house that used to be for hanging necklace3s inside of it. Last year I turned it into a gingerbread house for my kitchen decor, because I couldn't afford one of those Hobby Lobby ones. It turned out so cute and I love it. I'm decorating my kitchen in the peppermint/gingerbread theme again this year, because it is so cute, and it brings me so much joy just to be in my kitchen.
