I just be confused as to why we have so many rules and have to do so much to our hair now days.... Them woman in the 80's didn't and have all these products to use.regular shampoo Grease and water then boom full beautiful fro....
@latifahsemple66805 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same So I just avoid all the products because my hair was long without all of them anyways
@chalseywilder9375 жыл бұрын
Those same women either texturized or heat trained it till their curl pattern was looser. Not to mention they didn't know how to comb their hair or their kids without it feeling like full on assault
@faiththompson90675 жыл бұрын
@@chalseywilder937 false my hair was long and healthy when I was young. My mom put no heat or perm..... And didn't rip my hair out when combing she also was natural so not everyone used chemicals or heat.... I just feel that we don't need so much product and rules.... My opinion but thanks for yours...
@chalseywilder9375 жыл бұрын
@@faiththompson9067 you should have said your family then instead of saying them women in the 80s. That's what most were doing. Otherwise we'd all have long hair.🤷🏿♀️

@@AlyssaMarieXo yeah I checked it out some years ago. I went through some research on cowashing and why it was important. But my scalp was suuuppperrr itchy all the time and I got moisture overload and a lot of product build up. After a year I had to come to terms and use a shampoo lol. I'm happy your curls are happy with it though!

SprinkleHolyWaterMs Direct heat and indirect heat have very different affects on the hair. The microwavable heat cap is a way of using indirect heat. www.seriouslynatural.org/2016/04/direct-heat.html
