I LOVE rub 'n buff, and have been using it on a lot of my ornate picture frames after distressing them. One thing that I've found helps me is if I use dry brushing rather than my finger - it lets me be more specific about where the color goes, and i don't wind up with quite so many spots that are just Deeply Gold Or Silver (it absolutely still happens when I get impatient and don't blot before application lol)

My fav too, I use to go all out on the outside, but do to trunk or treat, we no longer get trick or treaters so... I don't decorate anymore, plus my stuff got stolen so I decorate or Halloween and bring everything in on Halloween night.
