Reason why 70% in other countries and only 10% in Serbia are because the most of other countries with russian immigration are not european countries. I can not explain that, simple, Russians in Serbia are historicaly, traditionaly anti govermant in moscow oriented. When i say historicaly, this is not first wave of Russians in Serbia. First one is after russian RED revolution. REDs vs WHITEs. REDs wins and lot lot of WHITEs escaped from Russia and comes to Serbia besides other coountries. The mostly russian noble people, educated people, cousins and friends of russian royal family, engeeners, architects, lawyers, poets, scientist, medicals. They helped Serbia a lot to rebuild itself as a state after long long period of wars and destruction. Long periof of wars and destruction in Serbia are finished, i hoppe, aaaand, Russsians are here, history repeats.

I think this is a self selecting sample. People who left Russia are not happy with Putin and the war, people in Russia are more satisfied with Putin and support or dont mind the war. Plus I have seen estimates that there are 150,000 Russians in Serbia, so the total turnout was only three percent. Maybe others voted online...though I am not sure this option was available abroad.

For some people is difficult to decide what ideas to vote for. On one hand you have someone who may be somewhat dictatorial but gives hope for more normal life ( family, 2 genders and no to perversions ) On the other side you have western ideology of extreme environmentalism, multi genderism and life altering sex surgeries encouraged for children. The choice is difficult for some people.

Interesting. Do Russians in Serbia talk among themselves about politics and such? Do you have a sense whether this small percentage for Putin represents your general sense of how Russians (those that live in Serbia) feel?

10% among Russian people who live in Serbia voted for Putin. I don't know how many in other countries. But from what I saw from a Russian resource they wrote more than 70% voted in other countries. I'm sharing only the numbers in Serbia. Serbia is another country, it's not Siberia. Siberia in Russia. Serbia is a country in Europe.

O.K, as Serbian, this is so so stupid with basic failure, Serbian-Russian relations, I understand, the target group is to take money from people from North America, that's fine but this is the level of small children. The First World War, what did your emperor(Tzar) do for us? After the communists won, unfortunately, the leader Wrangler found safety here, Ilike most important people., 'm talking about the opponents of the communists, civil war, serious. This is important, with the soldiers they arrived, the most educated people that tsarist Russia had. and did a lot for this country.Study the topic, which old buildings are part of the government and are the work of Russian architects? Where is the Wrangler buried, synonymous with the fight against the Reds? What is happening now, key Russian IT companies have moved here, as well as many US, RD sector, we are talking about Belgrade. The Russians in Belgrade are definitely against Putin, so what now? You have so many ways to present Serbian-Russian relations and I think you will have a viewership here.

They didn't trust voting online. That's why they preferred to vote on papers. As well voting online will not show if the person is abroad or not.

As well my wife just told me that's impossible to vote from another country on the website abroad. It's possible only if people change the country via VPN to Russia. What usually people who voted online did. So it will be counted as if it's from Russia.
