I love tea as it's truly amazing for the body. I have extremely oily, acne-prone skin, and one of my favorites is spearmint tea. I love to read scientific journals and share what I learn on my channel. A study by the American Academy of Dermatology suggests those who consume two cups of organic spearmint tea can reduce acne lesions by 25 per cent after one month and by 51 per cent after three months. Spearmint is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and helps to clear out the skin.

Tea is medicinal. We haven’t that view here in the US but it’s so good.

Hi friend, excuse me. Spearmint is the one we all call simply "mint" and that is like extremely fresh? Or the "other" not that fresh? Sorry for the question :(

I'm surprised you didn't mention ashwagandha tea. It's by far the best tea for stress/anxiety, no contest. Although it increases testosterone slightly which makes it better geared for men. I'm a dude so I think I'll try the dandelion tea. You mentioned hibiscus, and this is one of my go to teas. I brew it strong with loose flowers and sweeten it just slightly to take the edge off the sharp taste. I'm hoping it helps lower my BP, which has been a problem lately. I have also started drinking moringa, and Tulsi and Rooibos are on my regular rotation, but what about Traditional Medicines Gypsy Cold Care? I combine it with Ginger, Decaf Green Tea, and either Tulsi or Rooibos Chai. Thanks!

What happens when a guy drinks teas? that are designed to help with lady's cycle issues? What affect does it have on a male?
@NaturalHealthResources5 ай бұрын
Hey there! It's great that you're curious about the effects of teas designed to help with menstrual cycle issues, even for guys. Generally, teas formulated for menstrual support contain herbs like chamomile, ginger, or raspberry leaf, which can have soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. While these teas are primarily targeted towards women, there's no harm in guys drinking them. However, since these teas are tailored to address specific female health concerns, men may not experience the same benefits.
