I'm quite familiar with the research on the poor and it seems to me you have put the cart before the horse which ends up as victim blaming. Many behaviors of the poor are a result of them being born into poverty. Do you want an honest answer from a white man as to why a relatively small number of white-men were able to conquer and rule much of the world for 400 years? There are many factors, but the the major reason is that we became far and away better than anyone at organized violence.

What you are saying is good but the mindset in these communities need to change first. You are addressing the problem but what about the solution! You have all this knowledge fine but take that knowledge to these neighborhoods and teach the people not just beat them down. Go and help them. Start businesses in those areas!
