Hello, today I look at some lesser-known signs that you might be an INTJ. Rather than give some vague stereotypes on why these signs might be a thing, I give an in-depth explanation of the cognitive functions as well as the shadow functions in John Beebe's 8-function model.

I can confirm that Fe Trickster is a simple indicator for INTJ and ISTJ. However, I find the MBTI dogma that society is based on Fe and therefore as an INTJ you should work on your Fe skills to be manipulative and misleading. While this may be true of our contemporary secularized Western society, it has not always been so, nor does it necessarily have to be so. This goes hand in hand with the marginalization of Fi as a purely subjective value function, which is given an odor of backwardness, especially when overly moralizing about it. On the other hand, I see it the other way around. Fi makes it possible to be a decent, compassionate person, while Fe is more about the covert exercise of power by instilling a good mood in people that you covertly exploit for personal gain. This is not just an isolated "unhealthy" behavior these days, but the norm, especially in larger organizations.

INTJs make the perfect conspiracy theorists. Paranoia, hyperfocus, mistrust of humans and organizations, Ni's ability to imagine all the scenarios (especially horrible during Ni/Fi looping). It's so automatic and sometimes hard to separate from actual reality once you fall in that rabbit hole. I think this is why we benefit so much from hanging around Ne/Ti. Well, unless they're into the same conspiracy theories. My son is a "Dale Gribble" kind of ENTP and boy do we have some interesting conversations. I think the thing that's always saved us is that we both like to play devil's advocate with each other, and that method can pick off a lot of the nonsense.

Great video, I like the deep explanations. Thanks for sharing the reality. I noticed that some INTJs we drink a lot, I drink 2 Liters of water a day (67.63 us fl oz) It's probably that our brain needs a lot. I am hyper empathetic but... It's just I don't always know what to do in these social situations. Therefore I do nothing, and I hate/blame myself later.

Jeff. I score 10/10 in this. Did not expect that... Beats all the other "5 signs you're not an INTJ" crap.

I have experienced both sides of the Se inferior. The one that forgets to "eat and drink" and the one that "eats and drink too much" (I always go to mcdonald's when I'm stressed). But i've never been overweight. it's strange. The episodes come and go.

@@benavenido6056 Maybe : when we stress, we don't realize our body spend a lot of energy, or we may don't assimilate/keep/stock what we eat, or easily stock.McDonald's is not very nourishing : lots of carbs/fast sugars (and is not satisfying). The fast sugar stock the fats in the body, but when there is no fat, surely there is nothing to fix/keep. I suppose the body doesn't function correctly, when we stress. The genetic, the metabolism (fast or low) are also the factors. Yep I think the best video are when we see the persons share their own analyzes, observations and experiences. Not by copy past informations took elsewhere. People don't know what really is an INTJ, how we really feel, be, live, think and are. Authentic creators and contents deserve more views.
