I love polao. Some of the Kababs like Seekh kabab, Bihari kabab, etc are also very famous and are eaten on any special occasion. If you move to the north of Pakistan the dishes are milder which are inspired by the neighboring regions like Afghanistan and Iran. For example, Balochi Sajji, Kabuli polao from KPK are non-spicy. As you move toward the south the food gets spicier.

Sorry but not a single food have originated in Pakistan ..1. Biryani comes from word baran ..in sanskrit its kinda rice(fried) ..Rasgulla - Bengal, Nihari - Indian Hyderabad , 4. koftay - Turkish, 5 Qorma - Delhi, India 6- Paiye Indian /Turkish, 7. Karahi - Thats not a dish but cooking style ..comes from sanskrit word .. Even Urdu is not a pakistani Language ..thats originated in india and spoken by millions still in india ..Pakistan word for the first time was written in 1932 ..haha This is called as identity crisis when u leave ur 1000's of year old civilization(by force conversion or deception) because of just one book
