I’m not even a paralegal but I’ve worked under and managed a law firm. My team was quality control for all filings to the court in prior firm. Now my boss wants to teach me to be his paralegal. Love it here! Even in SC there is hope to make good money at the right firm!

I’ve got a specific question about evidence… As regards audio and video evidence being ready for court and understandable to a judge/jury, would paralegals be responsible for hiring digital forensics people or would that rest on the legal team to do that?

A good friend of mine has offered me a job as a paralegal at his firm. I am trying to get handle on what exactly I will be doing... I have no education at all, and I am not a strong writer by any means. Not sure if it would be a right move for me, or his firm to be honest. Thoughts?
