Better go for Nirma or DAIICT for Computer Science. Core branches and Petroleum are good in PDPU. No batch has been passed out yet from Computer Science of pdpu because it started very recent.

Bhai pdpu ka civil ek dum chill hai. Marks ki koi tension nahi hai aaram se mil jaate hain. Don't go for electrical because electrical faculties are very strict in giving marks. Placement is also good but not very good.
