There was a fake coroner in South Australia. He was a doctor but had no training as a coroner so stuffed up autopsies, gave the cause of death as murder incorrectly and ruined his cases. People were imprisoned based on his evidence for decades. Worst part is the government knew he wasn't a coroner the whole time 🤯
