You're telling the Casillas story wrong. Casillas was the number one until he got injured right before the end of the transfer window. Real brought in Diego Lopez last minute, who then happened to be in much better form than Casillas was before the injury. After the injury Casillas expected his post back without puting in the effort to overtake Diego Lopez, so Mourinho kept the latter on. Mourinho ended up leaving at the end of the season and Ancelotti, too, kept Diego Lopez as his number one. At which point Casillas forced a move.

Pep doesn't hate Jose. Jose hates Pep because Pep was chosen for the Barcelona job back in 2008 after Frank Rijkaard's contract was up, so Jose was on the waiting list for so long to become Barcelona manager in 2008 but since Jose left to manage other teams, didn't fit the philosophy, plus was too controversial, and also has done some damage to the club when he came across them in UCL back in 2005. So because of all this they chose Pep instead of Jose to be next Barcelona manager because Pep was one of the clubs best midfielders at his time as player, also he managed the Barcelona B team, plus he fit the philosophy, and also because he never was controversial he was chosen to be the next Barcelona manager. And ever since Jose has been taking his frustration out on the club and Pep.
