Gyrados and Aggron would outlawed. Gyrados is known to get pissed out of the blue and destroy an entire city. That isn't happening with the police. It's a slithering godzilla. Aggron eats all types of metals. You forget to feed it on day and it just takes a chunk out of the neighbors car or starts chowing down on the frame of buildings causing towers to fall over

Honestly, it's hard to imagine at the very minimum 95% of all mons being illegal to own globally, at least not without extreme vetting and licensing requirements that put fully automatic rifles to shame. Hell, some mons literally pack the devastation capabilities of a carpet bombing, and I'm not even talking the legendaries or mythicals there. Don't want to imagine what kind of sheer terror and panic something like Kyogre would bring, and some mons - most notably Arceus and the Creation Trio - would literally be well beyond any form of government regulation. I work at a shelter and every one I've interacted with has been easy to handle. 1/5 dogs in the States are "pitbull type" dogs, I think we'd have a lot more injuries if they had aggressive tendencies. 99% of the time I agree with you, but just a couple days ago one came after me, jumping the fence he was in, and I am just lucky I was able to back him off by shouting. Then it went after one of the "stray" cats in our neighbourhood (people feed them all the time) while his shitty owner just casually strolled over to it like nothing was happening. If it had caught that cat then me and that dog's owner would've had a much bigger problem than we did.
