I tried cooking my ham in its final stages of cooking by roasting and broiling at my ovens max setting for the last 10 minutes and I could never carmalize it's exterior. It wasn't untill I got an air fryer that I can carmelize the ham exterior.

What temperature did you cook it to?

It was fully cooked like all hams. 145 degrees

no he did not 165 is normal no temp on packet .so he left out the most important part .
