This method was excellent. I marinaded boneless chicken thighs in SOY VEY teriyaki marinade for about 1 hour. No other seasonings or salt added. I did 5 mins on MAX, flipped it, the. 325 degrees bake for 3 mins. Inner temp was already 173 degreesfor me. It was absolutely tender.

You needed a better cut of chops. I only cook rib end chops, it’s the fat cooked in the marbling that makes the chops. Center loin and center cut is gonna be dry and depend totally on your seasoning, whereas rib end you could just salt and pepper it with a little garlic and you’re good to go.

Thank you for this recipe. Tried it the quicker way (375 @ 30 mins), but those came out tough and chewy. Then I tried 300°F at almost 2 hours thanks to this video and they were tender for Christmas dinner.

It is usually recommended to frost or ice a cake after it has fully cooled. But there are all sorts of ways to do things. If you are having trouble with the frosting getting too soft when applied to a hot cake, just let it cool next time before frosting.

A big thank you! I was successful cooking this recipe with my newly-arrived Ninja Speedi. Before that, I failed with a blog recipe that says cook a sweet potato with 1 cup of water, steam & bake, 400 F, 30 mins (I was unsure if I was working by putting the sweet potatoes in the crisp tray and water in the pot, but I really don’t believe 400 F can boil 1 cup of water for 30 mins. My pot burned twice.) Your 1 and 1/2 cup of water is just right for this recipe. Thank you again! I hope you have a recipe for sweet potatoes.

Made it twice, once with red and once with green. Loved them both.Great Videos and your presentation style! Just as a hack to pass along - I always put the top rack on, especially when steaming anything. It keeps much of the splattering off the top element and fan housing. Makes it easier to clean up.

Thank you for all your videos James. I know people were asking you to include written recipes. I understand you have a regular job and this could be quite demanding of your time. When I watch your videos I make my own recipe card since you tell us all the ingredients and amounts. We really miss your skills and knowledge of the Ninja Speedi. Every recipe of yours that I have tried has been a winner. Please come back with more recipes and tips.
