Brilliant, to the point and very useful tips. I love the shortness of it all but and I know you don't have the time to go through all the settings but there is so much more to audio editing and enhancing. Thanks for this, have subscribed.

Thank you for the video bro, by the way, should I use the same settings that you used for every voice over that I make or should I change some values according to my specific voice ? I'm a bit confused here and I don't want to ruin my career as a voice over artist with some bad editing voices, thank you again

While the settings I used can be a good starting point, it's always best to experiment and adjust them to fit your unique voice and tone for the best results!

Hey Mike, how does this compare to the OpenVINO™ Noise Suppression for audacity in Windows?

Great question! The OpenVINO Noise Suppression for Audacity is newer but the built in effect does well!

Hi Mike and everybody. I miss the possibility to select a part of the clips to move or relocate them. I just know the function to choose all together Ctr.+A. Do you have any tips on this?
@MikeRussell8 күн бұрын
Hey! Totally get what you mean! If you haven’t already, try using the slice tool or just clicking while holding down shift. It’s way easier than Ctrl+A for sure! Happy editing!

How can you easily play forwards and backwards to find specific parts of the clip? I’m used to JKL keyboard shortcuts in video editing software.
@MikeRussell2 ай бұрын
In Audacity, you can use the Spacebar to play your audio forwards, and Shift + Spacebar to play backwards to easily navigate and find specific parts of your clip!

KZbin has proposed your "Audacity Tutorials for Beginners" since many days and I was not able to mark it as not interested. Therefore, I unsubscribed you channel 😞. If KZbin continues promoting your "Audacity Tutorials for Beginners", then I will have to block you channel. *KZbin usability is a shame.*

I wonder how this creator is to blame for what KZbin recommends to you? It's not his fault that the channel is recommended for you?

@@peppepop *My motivation (of course) was not to insult the creator, but to point out that this could be a problem for him.* If people are suddenly cancelling their subscriptions, it could be because KZbin is recommending the videos of this channel to them every day, even though they've told to no longer recommend those well known videos. Of course, KZbin ignores such reports from end users, so all I can do is point out the problem to the KZbin channels concerned.
