Healing from the Inside Out: A Spiritual Journey to Free Your Heart

This is the first of a new style of video of mine. Here we open with a Haiku and then look to the spiritual meaning of what that poem represents. Today, we're looking into where many of us (especially men) lock away those emotional hurts and just carry on. Then later on in life we wonder why some of us have all these ailments to do with our cardiovascular health. If we maybe took the time to change that outlook we could do huge favours for ourselves.
