It can be tough for people. I'm definitely an over processor, but it gets easier with practice. Through meditation I was able to separate my soul from my ego ( our talking brain that never stops) and found God. You don't have to keep silent long to reap benefits, but you do have to do it consistently. Namaste

This would mean that if all living creatures cease to feel enmity in your presence then this “should mean” that you are an ethical vegan and don’t exclude the living creatures that most people eat. That would mean that your daughter who loves all creatures is an ethical vegan and doesn’t eat them or eat their by products and lives a cruelty free life. Is there any possibility God approves of teaching love, multiplying love, because in the presence of large amounts of love…all the ancient texts begin to make sense as they all discuss how to love this life/death experience we are all having. They all discuss the same love. A love that is both internal and external to your lower flesh self, because the love resides in the energetic spirit realm. It is eternal.
