Hi... so it seems you might need to install adequate/ decent growlight there are led growlight that provide strong/ adequate lights 😁😁 And install a few small fans or one strong fan to help with air circulation And probably make more gritty potting mix with more gritty inorganic mineral stone such lava rock and pumice and use less organic substrate 😊😊👍🏻👍🏻

Gamit ka sir ng bentilador or clip fans para makatulong magdry sa succulents and to promote ventilation para bawas n rin fungal infestation

Get a large watering can with a skinny long spout to water your succulents. That way you won’t get water everywhere and you can be precise with getting the water in the pot. Watering Problem solved.

I really want to keep my succulents SMALL... how am i able to do this?

Try to put them in smaller pots, adding more Succulents in 1 pot also helps slow down their growth

It sounds like your real problem is that you don’t want to take care of them anymore. It’s too much work for you. Time and money to do it. Maybe you should give away your succulents to someone who has the time and motivation to take care of them. Just a suggestion. ❤

That's actually right...too busy at work and i have no time at all + my location is not ideal for growing them...
